I don't have time to read through the details, but this may help you.
Handgun Carry Permit T.C.A. Codes
"Run for your life from the man who tells you that money is evil. That sentence is the leper's bell of an approaching looter. So long as men live together on earth and need means to deal with one another-their only substitute, if they abandon money, is the muzzle of a gun."

I dont know about the carry rules but ENJOY Bristol Rules![]()
They do sell beer at the track so I would THINK it wouldn't be allowed. I am still debating on going. I live just a few miles from the track. You would not believe the tickets that are available. This is the cheapest I've ever seen Bristol tickets. I wouldn't mind seeing the Legends race but it starts 5 hours after the 300. Since they redid the surface of the track theres not as many wrecks so that 300 laps will be over pretty quickly. Hope you have a great time. Try to get there early to beat the traffic.
Firearms are not allowed into Nascar sanctioned races. Or any other I've been to, for that matter.
They serve alcohol at all of the NASCAR races I have been (Atlanta, Talladega) so I wouldn't think Bristol would be any different. So according to TN. law I would consider it off limits to carry.
Here is some more regulations that you should consider as well pertaining to public recreation areas and sporting venues:
MISDEMEANOR. STATE LAW PRESCRIBES A MAXIMUM PENALTY OF ELEVEN (11) MONTHS AND TWENTY-NINE (29) DAYS AND A FINE NOT TO EXCEED TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500) FOR CARRYING WEAPONS ON OR IN PUBLIC RECREATIONAL PROPERTY.
(2) As used in this subsection (c), “prominent locations about public recreational property” includes, but is not limited to, all entrances to the property, any building or structure located on the property, such as restrooms, picnic areas, sports facilities, welcome centers, gift shops, playgrounds, swimming pools, restaurants and parking lots.
I am no lawyer but I wouldn't carry if i were you.
Why Ike, whatever do you mean? Maybe poker's just not your game Ike. I know! Let's have a spelling contest!
OK thanks guys. This helps.

Good God, the Earnhardt fans would be shooting at all the other drivers.
Seriously, have a good time. The tracks are pretty sensitive of what you carry in, but I've never seen a patdown. No coolers, clear goodie bags.
I've also never seen an altercation in the stands requiring a firearm.
Lots of beer consumed.
Since you can't carry and you decide not to go, I'll take your tickets!
