Try answering that Leo with "Officer. I'm legally carrying a weapon, plus I have several (maybe a dozen) NFA weapons in my possesion.....along with the proper paperwork." The look on their face in priceless (in a Very good way)..BUT they Do respect you for it..I've Never had an issue with being honest and upfront. Besides, the Leo usually has a "heads-up" even before he's asking me for my License and Reg.. I respect them for what they do, and put up with..

Hey all, I’ve been on a little hiatus lately, Just looking in from time to time ya know.
I have a question; what is “BUG”? (I’m guessing “Big Ugly Gun”?)
I don't want to take you off topic, just trying to follow.
It’s so much easier now days, to "Love and honor" my wife, when she is armed, and shoots a better group than I do. (Till death do us part, eh?)

“The way you get shot by a concealed weapons permit holder is, you point a gun at him,” the Sheriff said.

I was hoping you'd start up this thread Chris. I just figure with my luck if I get stopped it'll be on my way to or from a remote fishing trip in one of the tiny burgs along the way. So far that's only happened once (while I wasn't carrying) and things went okay but we all try to anticipate scenarios. Hothead macho officers ARE out there so I'd say it's a legitimate concern.

If it's to the point of showing your Carry License , and it allows
multiple guns , why would you even mention that you have more than one?
