The first new reports last night did not say if the person defending off the robber was a CCL or not. But this morning news on Ch 11 CBS said he was and since no charges are to be filed on the CCL his name was not being released.... Too cool, I hope more things like this sends a message out to the general public and all would-be lawbreakers.
