for me, technically not, I work for an airline and I cant have my weapon in my vehicle in the employee parking, so I just go across the street to the public parking instead.

I'll be leaving mine in the car at work. It's not like anyone would be searching my car and I'm parked outside of the work compound. Not to mention one to two days out of the month I will be spending 6 hours straight in the car for work and I prefer to stay armed.

In Kentucky it is "unlawful and subject to legal action" for an employer to prohibit a permit holder from having a firearm in his locked vehicle on the employer's property...period.

In other words, if an employer fires you for having a gun in your car you can sue the crap out of them. The tricky part is proving that is the reason they fired you.

georgia port athourity prohibits firearms on the port... i park in a gated area, and pass thru a turnstyle to get through the gate.... so im not sure if its lawful to keep it locked in the car or not..... and im not really sure who to ask either, as i dont wanna start getting random searches on my car

Company says no weapons on company property; I value my job (having a job is one way I protect my family... from starvation), so I leave mine at home. I don't like it, but as one balances risks this is the choice I've made. Others choose differently (or choose their jobs differently), and I'm not trying to push this viewpoint.

Because of where I work, I can't even have it loaded in the car, though it can be in the car.

I work in a school, so the answer is definitely...No! (Not even in the parking lot.)

    Work from Home

Many guns in my office. And I allow myself to keep a loaded gun in my locked truck. Now, when I travell I have to abide customer's policy. I generally lock my gun up at the Hotel.

Yes, although I usually don't leave it in the car since I don't have a safe to lock it up in. So I just take it in with me and leave it up in the boss' closet.

Always. I'm a photographer and I own my own company. We shoot in locations downtown and all over the city and even in some not-so-great areas for effect. Most of our work is with fashionable wedding clients. So, it's usually me, my assistant and the couple.

When I'm actually shooting the wedding itself, I either keep it on me or put it in my bag which is usually on my shoulder or right next to me if I take my suit jacket off.
