    Usa today poll on guns

I saw this on a hunting forum and thought I should share it.

    Date: Saturday, April 4, 2009, 3:22 PM

It is still a live link. Our new Attorney General has already said this is one of his major issues.

Subject: Gun Vote : USA Today

This takes literally 2 clicks to complete. Please vote on this gun issue question with USA Today. It will only take a few seconds of your time. Then pass the link on to all the pro gun folks you know. Hopefully these results will be published later this month. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.

First - vote on this one.
Second - launch it to other folks and have THEM vote – then we will see if the results get published. Vote in the USA Today poll - click on the link below.

    The Question is:
Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?

    Vote here: Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

America: Your government is not ignoring you, it's insulting you.

The Bill of Rights: Void where prohibited by law.

stupid question considering the fact that the SCOTUS already said that it does.

    No, it does not.

It doesn't 'give' anything. It recognizes the innate individual right that shall not be violated by government (along with all the others).

Anything the government 'gives' you can be taken away just as quickly. I won't vote in those polls, written by ignoramuses.

Sounds to me like this is the same old pre-Hellar USA Today poll that shows up here every 2-3weeks.

Fix the link and I will vote.

I believe our creator gave us the right to protect ourselves, family, friends and property in any way we can. 1000 years ago, I bet there wasn't an anti-sword crowd.
