Got my MS permit, now a WWW
Well it was issued 3/19 and I got in the mail today. I applied on 2/2 so I guess all in all it ain't that bad. MS did issue in 45 days, it just didn't get to me in that time. Oh well.
Tomorrow, I'll take my first WWW. I think I'll give it a go concealed and try open carry in a few days just to try it out. I don't want all the sheep running!
My wife is going to get hers in two weeks. Then we can fight over who is going to carry my 5" 1911 instead of her XDsc.

I think that I will try either the Hernando or Southaven one. Who knows, maybe both. I used to work at the one in Southaven (long ago) but see people in there that I worked with. They prolly would think, "it figures".

Congrads from another in north MS. Got my permit last week after applying in Feb 18. I got mine before the actual issue date, which on the permit is April 11

I carry concealed in the Hernando WM all the time. I have had no issues anywhere in Hernando, but you know to watch out for the Hernando police. Andy and Barney don't have enough to keep them busy so they like to poke their noses into other people's business without cause.

Did mine, finally. I live in WV and the nearest one is in Ohio so that is where I did it. However, I still have Wal-Marts in WV and in neighboring KY to do. Since I live in a Tri-State area that is a requirement isn't it?
