First day with permit
I got my permit Monday night so I could finally carry for the first time on Tuesday.
I am carrying a Kel-Tec P11 using Kel-Tec’s belt clip in the 4:00 position. I locked the gun in the car while at work, but put it back on while running errands at lunch.
I was doing a side job running cat 5 cables after work and carried all that night.
Despite running up and down ladders and crawling around under desks for 4 hours the gun stayed in place and felt very secure. No one at the job site noticed I was carrying with a long t shirt covering the pistol.
I really thought I would feel more self conscience the first time out, but although I was aware of the gun I really did not feel nervous about being armed.

Congratulations on getting your permit!!!
You might want to consider getting a Center of Mass lock box for your gun in case you need to keep it in your car if you have to go in to a place where you are not allowed to carry.

My truck is 22 years old, so it has a steel glove box with a full size lock, I keep it locked in there with the truck locked too. There are very few places other than schools that you can't carry in Colorado, at least places I go.

Congratulations!
I found that I am very comfortable with concealed carry, I believe it is because I am a long time shooter and comfortable with weapons.
Being familar and respectful of your weapon I believe gives you comfort.

I did go to WW yesterday and a few errands at lunch today also.
I am really pleased with the P11, you hardly know it’s there, and it has been 100% reliable so far. It’s a hard gun to shoot compared to a full size pistol but I guess that’s the trade off for the very light weight, easy carry.

Congratulations on your gun and permit. When you leave your gun in your car do you lock it up? If not look at something like a "COM Safe". It makes me feel a little more comfortable if I have to leave my gun in the car.
