Have a Ky cc permit.
Thanks in advance.

No OC here. You can carry in a bank. If you do not have reciprocity you should keep the gun in a console or glovebox while driving. It can be loaded.
With reciprocity you may have the gun on you in the car or in the console or glovebox but not out in the open or under the seat.
You may not carry into a public building such as a library. No government buildings either.
Have I forgot anything? Someone else will chime in.

No carry in restaurants that serve alcohol.
You might want to check out SLED's (South Carolina Law Enforcement Devision) website for State Gun Laws. South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and then here's the link for the CWP laws...South Carolina Law Enforcement Division - CWP Laws

About that no carry in restaurants that serve alcohol. Well the SLED agent that taught my class just smiled, said don't drink and do go in a bar. Evidently SLED is very lenient about the law. He taught it as written but gave a verbal nod to it, be smart.
