    How many non-LEO's carry BUG?

I'm getting my ccw license, but don't see a need to carry more than one when I do carry.

Just curious how many out there who aren't involved in LE who do carry a bug.

your main carry will fail , they all do at some point. I have a 1911 with ... geez ..... maybe 250,000 rounds with no failures. But do I completely trust it .... nope... I also carry a 642 as a bug. all mechanical devices will fail.

I'll carry a snubby as a BUG about 75% of the time when out and about.

I usually make it a point to always have access to a second gun. I try to carry a bug on me, sometimes i cant due to dress. But if i cant carry it i will have one nearby in my car or bag or whatever. But i always have one.

I subscribe to the "strength in numbers" philosophy, and I'm also fairly familiar with Murphy's Law. So I always carry a BUG.

I carry a bug sometimes, although thats becomeing more often nowadays.
Although I got to say the Bersa is so much easier as BUG then another fullsize Sig.
I know not what this "overkill" means.

Well, I'm in LE, but before I was I carried a backup. I started with an Airweight J-frame .38 Special and that is still what I use (although I have a different revolver than the one I started with, its still an Airweight).

If your CARRY doesn't fail, the ammo might. I recently had a misfire on the range. Surprised the heck out of me! I can't remember the last time I pulled the trigger and nada, which got me thinking very seriously about a BUG.

What were those rules for gunfights again????

    1. Always bring a gun.
    1a. Preferably bring two guns...
1b. Bring all of your friends with guns...

I don't have a BUG yet. It is on my list of things to buy as soon as I can. (Right after that AR-15 and that Laser Sight, and that...). I am already considering the Bersa Thunder .380, the CZ RAMI, and some of the baby Glocks. I think any of those will work well for me. I also like the Ruger LCP -- but it seems to be too small for my hand.

Used to carry a BUG about 75% - 80% of the time when Primary was G-23 and BUG XD9sc.

I still love that combination, but now that I got a Ruger LCP, I now carry a BUG 100% of the time, if not carrying all three.

Keltec P32 goes everywhere, whether the sig goes or not. I trust the sig way more, but the keltec hides so much better!!!
