The Gov may veto but all that is needed to override his veto is a simple majority and that should be no problem. My bet is the Gov lets it become law with out signing it for 10 days.
With the veteran speaker of the house Jimmy Naifeh out of control there seems to be some reason in Nashville.

this is good. however, I did kind of like the age limit restriction. The curfew was stupid though.

That restaurant bill passed in Virginia, but our DNC Gov. Tim Kaine vetoed it. Couldn't get enough votes after the veto to override it. Maybe next year.
