I wonder if my hometown of Cozad was included in the ban list?

Excellent! I would love to be able to carry when we go back to visit the in-laws in Bellevue. Now if they would only allow carry in church, too...

No, but I think Lex was courtesy of their idiot mayor. And that's a place where CC could come in handy

    Thumbs up Approved

    I've been following up, daily.

LEGISLATIVE BILL 430 Approved by the Governor May 19, 2009

    Nebraska Legislature - Legislative Document

Now can someone from NE tell me when bills take effect?

I hope the reciprocity starts happening soon. I may end up working in Columbus on the ethanol plant for several months.

I think the bill becomes law 90 days after the Governor signs it. The first of Sept.should be it. Reciprocal agreements will be done by progun AG Brunning, I hope he starts with border states.

If you do, PM me, I live 20 miles away. Have some connections around the area if you need to know something.

Are these state churches or private churches they are restricting carry in.
Guess it's like the government telling a bar owner that the owner has no right to allow smoking in his own business.

Private churches, you would have to be part of the church security team, and notification given to church members.
