You can carry as many guns as you'd like in PA, and whatever you'd like.

Other weapons like tasers are ok as long as you're not in Philly. OC spray is legal. Knifes are generally legal as the law is silent on legal length. I carry a 4' blade, never had a problem. Printing is not an issue as PA is an OC state.

I would imagine anything else is probably illegal.

Thanks so much for the information.

One comment though, printing may not be an issue for the PA. authorities, but it deffinately is for me.

Carry as you see fit. I don't bash people for CCing or OCing. I carry how I feel, you carry how you feel. Just letting you know from a legal standpoint if you print or show you are fine.

City of Philadelphia (of course) has an ordinance against knives.

That is true but NO double edge blades and dagger type knives.

Double edge blades are considered to be daggers & are prohibited for carry as are automatics AKA switchblades.

Then let's be specific. In Philly, there is an ordinance against knives, but OC and impact weapons are legal.

ETA: There is statewide pre-emption of firearm laws, but local ordinances can control NON-firearms. Each county can be different, though in practice ony Philly and maybe Pittsburgh will be oppressive that way.

    In Philly:

    1. Can CCW via PA LTCF. Philly can not pre-empt.
    2. Can carry spray.
    3. Can carry ASP.
    4. Can't carry knife, stun gun, TASER.

Let's be very specific. Not all impact weapons are legal. "Sandbag" and "blackjack" are mentioned in the Prohibited Offensive Weapons statute.

In the state statute, yes. And that is the tedious process: you start with the state list of forbidden items, then go further and subtract the city list of forbidden items. AFAICT, in the City of Philadelphia, you can carry spray and any baton-like item without an LTCF, and can carry a gun via state law with an LTCF.
