Bicycle to work
I have been riding my bicycle to work for over a year now, love it. Just got my concealed carry permit, so now I am riding while armed.
Surprisingly, it is working out just fine. I use a supertuck holster for my full size 1911. It rocks a little as I pedal, but my hi-viz yellow jacket covers it.
If somebody knew what to look for, I bet they would see it print some. My experience is that no matter what I wear (including a gun) cyclists are invisible to drivers.
Interestingly, on my way home yesterday, I passed another armed bike commuter - my neighbor is a cop who has been doing bike patrol recently.

I carry while riding my bike to work....sometimes in my cycling jersey...sometimes in my rear panniers. but be careful.....I actually lost my revolver about two months ago....fell out of my pannier cuz I did not cinch it down all the way....reported it to the PD immediately when I got into work....and lo and behold....I had it returned to me that afternoon. Another good Samaritan bicyclist found it, and turned it in. I was LUCKY that day.
