The way I interpret these types of signs is "no illegal weapons". I'm sure it makes the park much safer, too.
Great picture of your dog, BTW.
More likely they would ask you to leave. Just be calm and leave.
Note, if someone asks you to leave (more or less anywhere that isn't your own property), regardless of all else, otherwise you are trespassing. They don't need a reason to ask you to leave, just like you don't need a reason to eject someone from your property.
I am very thankful to be a gun owner and carrier in WA. I am visiting AZ and it seems that anywhere I want to go is off limits because of this silly alcohol license issue. I could deal with it if I lived here as it would require a minimal lifestyle shift, but as a visitor on business it is very restricting.

I live up in the Lynden / Bellingham part of Washington and they seem to have signs saying no fireworks or firearms at all their parks. Due to state preemption they mean absolutely nothing. I really need to get off my ass and start making calls to get these signs taken down. In Washington all they can do is ask you to leave if a place is posted, however you do have to leave if asked otherwise you get hit with trespassing.
