Question Moving while waiting on CHL

    Hello Friends,

I tried to use Search but didnt find what I'm looking for an answer.

Today is over 90 days I had been waiting on my CHL - Its not complete just yet. Now I'm selling my house and will be moving soon. What am I suppose to do ? Call DPS and let them know I'm moving and updating my new address ? Will that make it more longer not getting my CHL because of new address ? Any thoughts, comments.

    Many thanks. Stay Safe!

Well you will have to notify of a new address by law anyway if Texas is like NC.
I would notify them with a letter and a call. Might be that in calling you can talk to a live human and they can just change it in the computer.
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

I moved while waiting for my South Carolina permit. I just had my mail forwarded, waited for the permit to arrive, then informed them of the change of address after I got the permit. I didn't want to muck up the permit issuing process by introducing the change of address.

Use the (512)424-7293 number at around 9:00 am. I usually get a live person at that time.
