Yes! A G26 with another G26 BU and a Mossy 500 and a couple of Claymores in reserve.
Why do you ask?

I always carry at home. The only time my gun comes off, is when I take a shower (3 feet away on the counter), go to bed (less than 1 foot away on headboard), and while I am at work (work in a detention center and can not carry). Other than those 3 times, my HK P2000 .40 is strapped to my hip with 2 spare mags. My wife is also always within a few feet of her 357 mag. My 10 y.o. son knows where his shotgun is and how to load it if something goes down at home and me and my wife are preoccupied. He knows to get him and his little sister to it and wait for the all clear.

Ditto. I always have a G21 and extra 13-round mag on me at home. Outside, mostly the same, sometimes a G27 and extra 15-round mag.
I figure if I ever need it, I will need it instantly.

Do you have any claymores you could spare? I have some stray dogs that keep getting in my garbage that I need to take care of.

Why waste the claymore? When some sponges and such would be a lot more effective and cheaper.

Always carry at home...always sleep with one eye open.
Anyone who has read this story will agree that every family member should be trained in self defense, defensive carry and should be armed at all times, even during a peaceful evening at home.

Do you carry IN your home?
Yes. If it's not on me, it's near me.
