I was wondering if anybody in Ark. knew how long it takes to get your new license back after you recertify? I sent in the paperwork in the 18th of may, and just wondering. I've heard that the new license looks similiar to your DL. Can't wait!!

Don't know how long, but I can confirm the new CCW permit looks a lot like your driver's license, complete with same pic, taken from DL.
it took 31 days at Arkansas from sending in recertification paperwork to receiving renewed permit.
I tracked this time at request of my instructor. He said that the classes here are quite large now with people getting CCP for first time.
Apparently there is a delay for new permits due to the amount of applications.
