Don't carry in court houses, schools and federal property. If you see a sign elsewhere it is not enforcable. If discovered, you can be asked to leave or you can get charged with tresspassing. Otherwise legally you can CC even if you see a sign, as long as it's not one of the forementioned places above.

Other then that, you are good to go. Printing and OC are not an issue as we are an open carry state. You need a permit to have a loaded gun in the car, or concealed on foot.

    That's about it.

Otherwise...Just go about your normal daily business and have a great time in Pennsylvania.
BTW: I have never seen a NO FIREARMS sign posted anywhere in PA - Stores, Restaurants (that serve alcohol), Malls, Bars, etc. are all OK.

KennyWood Park is a no-no even for a little key-chain pocket knife. They "wand" everybody going in & you must empty the contents of your pockets.

Naturally the airport is like every other airport regarding gun regulations.

And I am not sure about the new casinos that have recently opened up.

You may keep your firearm on your person in your vehicle and you are not legally required to disclose that you are carrying if stopped for a traffic violation.

Fess, thanks for the link. Recently received my PA LCTF and my wife is applying for hers. She is planning a trip to PA in August and I printed the flyer for her. Good little summary to carry in the car.

I'll be at the Mohegan casino in Wilkes-Barre next week and don't know if it's legal to CC. Anyone know?

Is that the law? I thought it was only casino policy, not the law, and therefor you can as long as you keep it concealed.

    Can you please varify this.

You're correct. Legally, you could be ejected from the premises.

Carrying into a Pa. casino is not against the law.
