You carry a firearm while playing with your paintball guns?

    I don't like the idea.

Sorry but it sounds like an accident waiting to happen to me.

paintball, that is a big YES.
CC while doing so, would not even consider it a good idea. I would get too much dirt and posably mud on my XD. not to mention that I would have a hard time reaching it through the belt for my tank and pods. nope, not a good idea.

Heck no! I used to play competitively, and if you play like I did, most commercial holsters will not provide half the retention you will need, and also may damage your gun's finish (if you care). It depends on your style of play, but if you're into the sliding, bunkering, etc, it will only hinder your play and give you another thing to think about beyond how tight you are against your cover. Mine stays in the car.

with all the movement and excitement, should you drop your weapon and someone pick it up not knowing its a real gun and live ammo (I know sounds stupid to make that mistake) but dumber things have happened - like others have said, and accident waiting to happen. JMHO.

Sounds way to risky for me. Just knowing that someone was packing a loaded weapon while playing against me would make me nervous. I have a cousin who was playing once when a guy jumped an opponent and started hitting him on the head with his gun.

Paintballing is a blast, but holy cow can you imagine if you reached for the wrong "gun". :-? We used to play with paintball pistols, and the standards.
It is utterly illogical to believe that passing laws to reduce gun violence will be successful when those who are commiting the gun violence do not obey the law.

Leave it in the car. IMO CC is for personal protection, and I don't carry while I play tennis or basketball and would not do it paint balling either.

    I agree.

Leave the guns locked up during this exercise, or stay home.

Most L.E. Agencies have a policy of "No Live Ammo or Firearms at Force on Force Simunitions Training. I wonder why that is?
