    WA State CCW

    Hello,

I just wanted to mention that I have received my permit today, it took exactly 28 days from the day I went into the sheriff's station. I am not going to lie, I waited like a little boy going to the mail box for his decoder ring.

Currently I am carrying a Glock 19. It's a little big, but a damn good shooter. I have been thinking about getting a Glock 26 or a new XD 9 SC.

HAHA... I got mine in only 9 days!! Neener, neener!

Seriously, though, congrats! You're right, the anticipation is like a kid waiting for Christmas. I see no reason for you to replace the G19, especially if it performs well in your hands.

Congrats! I got mine in 26 days...I used to check my mailbox everyday and cry like a little girl until I got it.

That's mainly because my friend got it in 7 days in Kent.

I carry a Glock 36 the slimline version of the Glock in .45 caliber. It conceals well and works wonders with JHPs.

    Hi,

Yeah I was thinking of carrying the G-19 for a while and seeing how it felt. Frankly it's a great shooting gun and the only reason I would carry anything else would be the size.

As far as my Boxer is concerned, I will indeed post a few pics of him. He and my other dog are definitely one of the first lines of defense with regards to our home.

They love our family and would give their life to protect our home, I can't say enough about the breed. They are great with kids, smart and are fabulous guard dogs.
