South Carolina - Military Permit question

Well, after about 120 days, it's finally here. Not quite what I expected, though. I got a "Military Permit", with "Valid only with Military ID" where you would expect my picture to be. It states I must always have my military ID with me whenever I'm carrying.

Here's my follow-on question: Since it specifically states on the back that I'm just in SC on PCS orders, does that mean I can't get other (FL, NH) non-resident permits using this one as the basis?

I am not really sure. The military gave me a permit that allowed me to carry concealed in EVERY state. My job kinda required it. I had to carry my military I.D. with me.

Damn I never had a concealed carry when I was in the Army. Probably a good thing too since I was usually drunk when off duty. :D

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't suffice for proof of a permit for another state. It is in no way a limited permit, it just requires you to have your military ID with you when you carry. VA requires a permit holder to have a state issued ID with them when carrying, so not really any difference.
