No...not really.....you see, it's a percentages thing and a world of balance. For every smart person, there has to be an idiot. That's the way the universe was designed. There are however places in the universe that tend to attract idiots, and hence there are centralized locations of idiots where idiots tend to congregate because they are idiots and have no mind of their own. It happens as designed in the grand scheme. Can others change or sway idiots away from congregating in these locations? Only by tapping into the powers of the universe and giving one for one.........we need more sacrificial smart people willing to relocate to idiot zones.
