Pa nonres permit is 5 years. Cost was $26.00. Nice deal.

Is it a photo id? And now you can conceal carry in all the North east except VT correct?

I still dont quite understand a non res permit. I have to go thru heck to get my CT but $26.00 and some paper work and I can carry all over. I dont get it? Someone explain please

No photo ID required. Don't know which states have reciprocity with Pa but you can check online. Not much different than what I had to do for the Utah, except cheaper and quicker. Some states just believe in the right to bear arms I guess.

Seems strange that lets say Mass will accept a NON-RES PA permit but not a full blown CT resident one. Help me understand this or is there no understanding it?

What about driving thru DC to get to MD or PA?

I don't know where you got this idea, but Massachusetts honors NO ONE'S permits! Same deal for Maryland and DC - they honor NO ONE'S permits.

Driving through either DC or MD, you better keep any gun locked away and inaccessible.

You need to consult handgunlaw.us. :)
