The bill authorizes the Nebraska Attorney General to recognize the CCW permits of another state. Does anyone know if this has gone into effect, or if not, then when it will? (Nothing on the AG's website yet.)

Kansas CCH holders are legal for concealed carry on Aug 30, 2009. I am not aware if Colorado CCH meets Nebraska requirements.

Perhaps the Secretary of State can tell you. In Missouri, it is generally a date certain such as August 28 after the gov signs, unless otherwise specified.
