900 rounds of 230gr .45acp Sellier & Bellot FMJ
40 rounds of 185gr +p Cor-Bon DPX HP
650 rounds of 230gr Federal HST JHP

100 rounds of 115gr Blazer Brass FMJ
600 rounds of 115gr Sellier & Bellot FMJ
500 rounds of 115gr Hot-Shot FMJ (made in romania not AA brand)
1000 rounds of 15gr Georgia-Arms reload FMJ
60 rounds of 115gr +p Cor-Bon DPX HP
1000 rounds of 147gr +p Federal HST JHP



As soon as I can locate some more .45acp I'm buying a bunch more. I feel I have enough 9mm for my use, but I'm not comfortable with my .45acp supply.

6 or 7 dozen asst'd carbon or aluminum arrows.

Hmm, I was thinking of handguns...so add another 200 rounds of 12ga, 500 rounds of 180gr Federal Vital Shock 30-06, 250 rounds of 165gr Federal Vital Shock 30-06 and maybe 6,000 rounds of .22lr for the plinker.

I'm mostly concerned about having enough pistol caliber ammo than rifle and shotgun which I can find at the store if I needed.

Well, I voted. I had to estimate because I have so many calibers, rifle, pistol, shotgun it's really hard to keep track of. Every time I sit down and think I'll organize and count everything, I just can't seem to get it done. I'm currently the only one to vote in the category I did if that tells you anything.

I made a selection on the poll, but considering that I have no idea who may be reading this site, I see no need to tell the world either (1) how many guns I have, or (2) how much ammo I have for them.

I WILL say I have sufficient guns for my present interests (don't know what I might fancy tomorrow, though) and I have sufficient ammo for my current SHTF needs, but double that amount would not be a bad idea. :)

With some serious hand loading for a few days, I have sufficient components on hand to double my center-fire ammo stocks.

So I'd say woefully understocked.

I keep about 3500 rounds with a goal of 5000+ rounds. They are in .32, .38,
.40m .45 and 9mm. The majority are in 9mm and .40.

Well....if I can ever afford an AR-15, I would certinly love to have 20,000 rnds for it alone.

Right now I have around:

1200 45 LC
2000 45 ACP
2000 9MM
5000 22 LR (These will be here in November...hopefully)
550 12g Bird shot only...gotta get some 00
200 20 Same as the above
75 410 Same as the 12g need more 00

I reload and some times I get lucky at the range after a CHL qualify and I find a payload of brass, so I have been able to come by the 45 ACP and 9MM faily cheaply!

This is a good thread, although in posting I reminded of making a grocery list....because I'm getting hungry for some more..

I think I'm the 2nd one in your league! I average about 400+ rounds per gun and I have a lot of them. I shoot an avg of about 800+ per week at the range and matches. Does not do much good - I am on the back side of the curve - aging sucks!
