    It took longer to get my PF9 back from Keltec

    Than it did to get my CHL.

    I took the course and submitted my app the third week of July.

    Got my CHL First week of Sept

    Apparently what he is saying is that Texas wait times on CHL licenses must be getting back to the required 60 days,and His PF9 repair took more time than that
