Actually in florida I've bought one with just my CWL
I know not what this "overkill" means.

Gotta love Florida. Went to a big show 2 weeks ago in the Palmetto area. Fondled all the nice compacts and mini's, ( which would get your hand slapped in NYC without the impossibe to get permit, glad I abandonned that state!) Picked out a Glock 27, handed the guy my DL and CC, sat down for 10 minutes and filled out a form, paid him and walked out the door with all necessary accessories......with what seemed like hundreds of very happy and well armed people.
