Well another day of working late so no permit in hand. Tomorrow is looking hopeful. Just enough cases on the schedule to keep us going until noon. If nothing adds on I can get it all taken care of. I will let you know.

Good luck Mike! I figure you'll be packin' a Glock but I won't hold that against you (j/k). Good to hear you're almost home free.

First trip out was a little strange. Felt like the world was staring straight at my pistol. Picked up a few items I needed and a county sheriff came walking up beside me. He just smiled picked up what he was after and went on his way. After that I felt a little more comfortable.
Also thanks to everyone for the congratulations.

It will pass Mike - just remember to resist the urge to make continual adjustments!!! Great to have you on ''the team"

Heh heh, Sheriff huh? Bet that was interesting.
We all go through the paranoia at first, it'll pass (probably a week or so). Just remember you're legal so you're not doing anything wrong and most people REALLY don't notice anything that doesn't directly affect them anyway.

Once you get use to the feel of the gun on your belt it won't seem as noticeable - then you'll get over that "everybody knows" feeling.

I am sure it will pass. Today felt a little better. Had to go pick up some ammo for an IPSC shoot this weekend.
