I tried dieting awhile back, gun belt was getting a little tight. As it turned out, I went on three diets, all at the same time. I couldn't get enough to eat on just one.
Four miles on the treadmill every morning. 100 sit ups. 70 pushups. 50 squats (30 with weights). Lost 55 pounds in the last 7 months. No diet, but did change my eating habits, no junk food of any kind. Switched to light beer, because if I had to give up beer than just shoot me and put me in the ground now.
