It was/is supposed to the be highest volume WW for guns and ammo in the district. Many large chain stores like Bass Pro Shops and Cabelas has ammo again, so I wonder what is up with WW. Are their bullying tactics finally catching up or are they maybe getting out of the hand gun ammo business???

I have been trying to buy .45 acp there at the west Gastonia store for several months now. I asked the lady in the sporting goods section if they even sold it anymore. She said that it sells out as soon as it is put on the shelves. She also said that a person would have to know when the shipment was coming in and to be there first thing that morning in order to have a chance to purchase it.

So I asked her when the next shipment was coming in...she did not know.

What is the significance of Wal-Mart (and nachos)? I have been carrying since '74, but only on forums like this the past year or so...

By the way...congrats on the permit
Ok, here it is........When you get a new firearm, you go to the range; When you get your CCW, you go to Wal Mart. It's just what we must all do. And it's the one thing that we across the U.S. all have in common.......The greatly anticipated......Wally World Walk!! It draws us from clear across town with a beacon of light radiating down upon it and that angelic choir note plays from the sky as we're being called upon. And we can't get this look off our face until we get there.

Wally World was the very first place I went the first time I left the house carrying. At the time I didnt know there was an official Wally World walk so I didnt buy steak or get nachoes. I did make a trip to the ammo counter I believe and probably looked at some movies. I remember I ran into a couple of people inside I knew and talked to them awhile. I just KNEW they could see my gun!

Thank you for your conceal carry. Much of the time it isn't easy, the effort and benefit to society is much appreciated.
