    non resident PA

Got mine in the mail today. Did you guys have to sign the paper copies and send them back to PA for the actual license? I got 3 paper CHL permits in the mail from Centre county and it says to sign 2 of the 3 copies and send them back and to keep the 3rd paper copy. Is that right?
Vermont does not issue Permit/Licenses to Carry a Concealed firearm. Vermont allows anyone
who can legally own a firearm to carry it concealed without a permit of any kind.

They just need to have the two copies with your signature on file back in PA.

You can also open carry in PA with or with out a permit. I registered the letter when I returned the signed copies to make sure they got it.

Nope. You are not required to carry concealed. A LTCF is required for CC throughout the state. A LTCF is required for OC only in Philadelphia.
