I carry an identical Glock 19 in a Don Hume 715M IWB. Works for me.

I've carried a Glock IWB and OWB. For IWB you almost can't beat an MTAC or a Crossbreed. I've had both and would buy another of either. For OWB I chose Carl at cchoslters.com, 21 days from order to delivery for a handmade custom leather holster. I got his "convertible" so I could use it for both IWB and OWB, and I like snaps over slots due to ease of getting on my belt. His wait time may be longer now since he was starting to get more orders.

Of course, there's always the cheap $20 route with a Tagua clip-on.

I've carried in this Ed Rodek pancake for several years. Just doesn't show wear. Very heavy leather. Turn around time is about a week. Cost is about $40 +/-.

I carry my G23 OWB in the winter in a Gould & Goodrich 3-slot pancake holster and IWB in the summer in a Comp-Tac MTAC. Honorable mention and used occasionally are Mitch Rosen Upper Limit (OWB), Blackhawk Serpa (OWB), Crossbreed Supertuck (IWB), Milts Sparks Versa Max II (IWB), and Smart Carry (IWB). I have others but they stay at the back of the drawer.

Supertuck horse hide for IWB carry and FIST #7 in medium brown for OWB transport. I seem to carry more on a belt scabbard lately, which is opposite of my habits historically. Once on a blue moon I'll break out the Galco Miami Classic if taking a long road trip.

For my G23 I tried several different holsters for OWB carry and spent quite a bit of money on the search for the perfect holster. I was kind of surprised when I tried the $11 Glock Sport Combat Holster and liked it better than any other OWB CCW holster I owned. It holds the gun close to the body and is uber-thin. Worth a try for only $11.

I carry a Glock 27 in an off-the-shelf Bianchi Carry-Lok. It locks in audibly and securely, and rides high. I don't see why that wouldn't work for a 23 assuming Bianchi offers it. Don Hume makes some good holsters that are worth more than they charge for them.

I picked up a nice OWB holster for a G27 on a lark from flea bay recently. It's nice work and a good price. The leather is well boned and sewn, and the tanning and dyeing is wonderful. Great retention, too. All in all a superb value at $45 IMO. If I can put hands on my camera I'll take a pic. I intend to contact the maker to see if he'll whip one up in brown for my G23. That would be most excellent.

    IWB at 3:30
    OWB at 3:30

I have a CrossBreed supertuck and love it. Most comfortable holster I've tried so far.

I have been looking for one of these for months. Where can I find one for $11??

I found one I think for about $11 but the shipping was about $7? I think it was optics planet. I can't find it anywhere for under $18???
