ccw9mm - thank you. Knowing there are several lawyers in the area makes the whole deal much more appealing, even though I realize that is not the only purpose.

pax - that was great info.

Marty - great to see you in this forum. I think you will find a lot of customers here that just need a nudge and a little information to get off their butts and take the steps to be prepared. As you can see, several have already joined. And I think I will soon be a member as well. From what I have heard of you and your experience, we can all benefit if you continue to contribute to our forum as well. Welcome.

After reading this thread yesterday and especially reading what Pax had to say about the videos and the availability of information for attorney of my choice. I went ahead and joined the ACLDN. Upon joining I checked on the attorney list for Arizona, and there is only one available, and he is in Phoenix. That is not a problem, as I recently spoke with an attorney in Yuma, where I spend the Winter, and believe that he will be capable if the need should arise. Especially if expert advise is available from ACLDN. Also looking forward to the videos.

The "Monthly Journal" link on the home page of the ACLDN doesn't work.
    Can that be fixed?

Thanks for all the info. I think I will join, too, though I was told that there are no attorneys in the Houston area right now that are affiliated.

I'd recommend posting on that site, if you notice a problem with that site.

While Marty and others might come here, from time to time, errors and issues really are better posted on the site with the problem, so that the web master there will know of them. Just a thought.

By the way, the eJournal should be a member benefit. Though, at the moment, in spite of being logged in, I also cannot get to any of the eJournal documents.
