I know for a fact that AZ has one.
MY wife and I know that FL has 2...
I think that you can take (on a average) a state's total population and multiply by 2-3 %...you'll be close.

My previous home state of North Dakota has issued 13,347 as of Oct 27, 2009. Course 5,357 were issued as of that date in 2009. Glad to say that I am 1 of those even though I dont need it thanks to resiprocity with other permits I have

Back in 1998, Oregon had some 86000. I have yet to see numbers since then. Does anyone know where Oregon publishes such things??

Not sure of the exact number in Pennsylvania but I've heard something like 1 in 20 people have a LTCF. Given the population is 12.5 million, doing the math is about 625,000 people with a license to carry. According to the clerk at the courthouse in 2007 there were 8,000 active LTCF's in my county alone, so that 625K seems about right.
