Agreed. It's always nice to hear the other side of the story.

    Good Luck to you, Sir.

I knew Ken...as the Police Officer...

personally, I have never met a pro citizen carry CSPD cop (Ken Jordan may be a reason)[/QUOTE]

Ken was a very good, nice guy...Martin Herrera and I used to be really good friends prior to this incident and he was Ken's partner and he would also talk a lot about Ken...I don't believe anything done different by his partners (3 on scene) would have changed what happened to Ken...I'm not going to Monday Night Quarterback his incident. Although, I've heard stories...

his funeral was a very sad moment especially after the death of Jared Jenson no more than 10 months earlier...I resigned from SWAT a week after his death...I had a enough and had a family (at the time) to think about-but that family is gone. So, I resign myself everytime I hear about a fallen officer, but no memory will replace my shooting incident!

After I resigned, was the downfall of my career...you don't resign from SWAT from EPSO without retribution...ask Steve Warden...

This thread is starting to sound like a cross examination in courtroom with a pissed off defendant. Since the babysitting to insure the crude language is kept at bay is beginning to be more than staff has the time or inclination to keep up with, it is now closed.....
