Many of these incidents escalate when someone's bruised ego has to salved by confronting the other driver. Most road rage incidents end when one driver refuses to play the stupid road rage game.
I know this is a little late in game, but I just have to get my word out there. Anton, the victim, was my husband of 10 years. He was shot on February 6,2010 due to road rage. The shooter was the one who initiated the altercation. He was the one who got out of his car and started the fight. I have seen many statements from so called witnesses to the incident however if they really witnessed it they would know that not all three men got out of a truck. The shooter started the fight with my husband then his brother got out of our CAR, not truck, to try and smooth the situation over so we could all go on with our night. Then when the fight escalated his cousin who was in a truck a few cars back got out and also tried to calm the situation. Nobody from the victims party was armed and yet this KILLER was able to walk free. To this day I have two young children and myself whom are still trying to heal from this. Thank God that I was the only one out of the 3 of us who had to witness this tragic event. It is because of unworthy witness statements that this monster can still walk the streets. I hope that this clears up an confusion that may be out there still. We are all confused as to why we have to suffer and he is free.
