Step-son & Concealed Carry
My step-son and his girlfriend's dad just completed their Kentucky concealed carry course and went to the range last week. Really cold weather too, I might add.
He shot well considering the weather, only 2 rounds went outside the "humanoid" shaped target. He has a brand new Ruger PT-140 .40 caliber auto. I fired it with him just after he got it in Dec. '09 and it's sweet! I have a pic but it's taking a century to upload, I still have dial up at home. I know, what's a new thread without pictures? Will try to post it later.
It appears like there will be two more CC'ers in Kentucky after they complete the application process. Now begins the "waiting".

Congrat to the two new KY (soon to be) permit holders...making KY a safer place.

Yes, it is a Taurus...my bad. I just got exicted with the post knowing the step-son will soon be joining our ranks and wanted to get the "word" out.
My wife is the good shot with her Ruger LCP.

Since you're in WV I'm going to guess he may be somewhere in eastern KY. If so, I'd appreciate it if you could pass on some info about where he took the class.
