    Question SC Concealed Queston?

I went to my local Mall today and I saw no concealed wepons sign on and entrance door and some doors did not have no concealed wepons sign on it. Does that mean @ all entrance.? For example Belks did not have one? Does that mean you can go in where there is no concealed wepons sign @ entrance?

I'm not a lawyer, and I don't know for sure, but I think that every entrance has to be marked. The next time you're there, see if there's a sign going into the mall as you leave Belks. I guess Belk might allow carry and the mall prohibit it. In either case, double check with some one who knows what they're talking about, and don't just take my word for it.

My thing is, what if someone goes into the mall @ & entrance where there no sign and did not know they are signs on other doors. What happens then if someone sees your gun for example, hope this don't happens and calls the police and @ the entrance you entered did not have no sign?????? Then what? Who fault is it?

I think the mall would be at fault, the signs, as I understand it must be posted at all entrances, be of the required size(8.5x11) and required wording and symbols, or it doesn't meet the law.

Is it okay to go in where there are no signs? The signs are illegal, if someone is carrying a goes into that mall not knowing that there are no concealed wepons signs on some doors and they wepon is spotted they are going to have some big issues!!!!! I don't know? What do you think?

foots...read the above slowly and carefully. It answers your question. It MUST be posted at ALL entrances/any point of entry or it's not valid. JMO
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

I would not patronize those stores with signs, I would spend my money elsewhere.
You may not like guns. You may choose not to own one. That is your right.
You might not believe in God. That is your choice.
However, if someone breaks into your home at 3AM the first two things you are going to do are:
    1) Call someone with a gun.
2)Pray they get there in time." - A wise man

Same scenario at the Grand Strand Mall in Myrtle Beach. Signs attached on the sliding doors at mall entrances and none on Belks or Sears.
    I always CC'd when I lived there.
    Signs weren't legal.
