I have posted on here before, however I was wondering if anyone who holds either a MA or RI Non-Resident permit would share their experience. Can you please share the reason you provided and any positive or negative experiences? Also on the negative side, what pitfalls should I watch out for? Thanks to all!
If Guns kill people then all of mine are defective!
My idea of gun control is using BOTH hands!

Vermont does not issue Permit/Licenses to Carry a Concealed firearm. Vermont allows anyone
who can legally own a firearm to carry it concealed without a permit of any kind.
Rhode Island! good luck, it is a show need state, I owned a automotive repair shop, gas station and a towing service, handled 2-3k per night cash, wasn't a good enough reason. If you read the paperwork from the AG you will find that they consider carrying a firearm a privilage not a right!
<-------This is where I live now. Had my permit 64 days after I bought my house here.
