The exact same as my Winter carry: S&W 442, Kholster IWB tuckable, all at 4 O'clock; ammo in a Tuff speedstrip holder on strong side.
Commonality in weapon's use, handling, draw, reloading, sight picture, etc., is key.

My choice for summer and winter is my Kahr CW9, with Crimson Trace laser dressed in a Mitch Rosen leather outside waistband holster. So very comfortable and concealable. It's all I need.
No, but I'd like to. The longer I do this, the more the G26 seems too thick for light clothing.
I have a PPK that I may put to use in that role, but I haven't gotten that all set up yet (holster, extra mags, etc).

642 appendage carry in a basic suede clip holster with CD 110gr ammo. Our summer average is 114 so that will force many into vapor weights. I would prefer something different but I'm on a $ diet starting sometime...

I'll be carrying my Glock 36 in summer as well as I have during the winter. No need to change for me.
I carry the same CCW summer and winter, may change holsters if needed.
NOT LIVING IN FEAR, JUST READY!!!
I carry my S&W 3913 year round. It is compact enough to been worn in summer clothes and I thinks it's a good thing to train with and carry one primary CCW.
no. I may change if I will be doing manual labor or something and I do not want to subject my 1911 to the abuse, but on a normal day, normal activities, no.
I'm scared to think which "appendage" you strap it too!
Guessing you meant appendix? Sorry Saber...just made me chuckle a bit.
RE the OP... I've been thinking about this. I think my XD is a bit thick for lighter clothing and I'm going to have a printing issue. I've been looking at smaller single stack options but have not decided on one yet.
My glocks and revolvers once in a while to be different.
I tend to carry the small .357 revolver more in summer since it conceals easier.
Where are you (OP) at that you are expecting "spring and summer" in a few weeks? I've heard one report that a "significant snow event" is forecast for mid March!
I expect a few months until I have to be concerned about "warm weather carry" :(

Will carry my Walther P99 AS, the holster may vary, but the firearm won't. Of course I'm in Michigan, not Arizona with 114 in the Monsoon season of August :-P

For situations in the summer where the Glock 19 is too big I'll go with my Rohrbaugh R9s in the pocket.
