PA just passed a new law that mandates people must show up in person to apply for a PA permit/license to carry. I can't find the bill searching the PA Legislature which is usually simple for me but not in this case. Can anyone give me the Bill #. I would really appreciate it.
The law doesn't go into effect for some time and I am trying to find out that date.

From what I've seen, the new system (apply in person+photo) should be in place by March 2011.
