Do you have a link? Being from Missouri I am very interested and the only info I can find earlier was the bill was signed and effective July 1, 2010.

This will take you to the Washington legislative status page for Senate Files (bills out of the State Senate). The bill is SF0026. You can see when it was signed, when it became effective, and if you drill down on the assigned chapter number for the bill, the text as signed into law.

Probably not going to happen. One of the two states would have to make a fundamental change in their laws. Wyoming won't recognize any state that doesn't recognize them. Kansas won't recognize any state that will issue a license without some type of live fire proficiency test.

I am not sure that statement is accurate Hoss, Kansas already does recognize my CO permit which has no live fire requirement.
