Title corrected. Sorry you were so let down. Certainly not at attempt to mislead. Looks like you guys need to work on getting Washington to recognize Wyoming's permits!

Good for Wyoming. Wish WV and WY had reciprocity but sadly we don't.

My New Hampshire Non-Resident permit takes care of that. I'm good to go in WY if I ever get there!

Do you have a link? Being from Missouri I am very interested and the only info I can find earlier was the bill was signed and effective July 1, 2010.

Agree with that. Going to have to get a PA license so when I go back to Ohio to visit the family can cross the river and not have to disarm.

I don't think anyone believes you were attempting to deceive. We're just optimists who tend to read everything with the most 2A-favorable interpretation.

    exactly.

Any expansion of reciprocity is awesome.

Cool, I have been wanting to go to Sheriden WY for a while now. But I refused to travel to a state where I can not protect myself. Good for WY and its residents, and us other select outsiders.

WV should be able to make the deal now; I believe there was a problem on the WY end that prevented them from establishing reciprocity with each other. By simply recognizing all states that recognize WY, they should be able to get most, if not all states that have any reciprocity.

Probably not going to happen. One of the two states would have to make a fundamental change in their laws. Wyoming won't recognize any state that doesn't recognize them. Kansas won't recognize any state that will issue a license without some type of live fire proficiency test.
