I was close! not bad for going off memory from over a year ago. thanks for the corrections. I have small hands I'd probably have no use for the pinky extension. On my XD45 full size. I can grip the gun with my entire hand under the grip safety and still have room beyond my pinky

Congratulations. Don't have one myself, but have a couple other Springfields. Great company. Enjoy!

I also carry a XD9 subcompact, put about 300 rounds through it, and not a single malfunction! 16+1 you can't beat it! (If i'm carrying light though, i'll use my Kel Tec P11)

I love my XD9sc, it's my EDC and not going anywhere. I recommend the Pearce grip extension on it.

The new ones ship with a 13 round flush mag and a 16 round extended.

one of the mags holds 13 and the extended one holds 16. the recoil is ok, its not too bad, and sub compact is smaller than a compact

Thanks! I need to look at them more closely. A new guy at our IDPA club had one.

Congrats on your purchase....i am a big fan of carrying a subcompact......gets rid of the argument about leaving my gun at home.....they are comfortable and easy to conceal...

I have a taurus 609 with 13+1 capacity and a Taurus 24/7 magazine (17 rounds) will also fit right in.... I am also seriously considering the XD-9 SC as my second piece.....

    XD9 & .380 ammo

Where are all of you guys finding this .380 ammo to fire?

I just got my XD 9 Sub Compact two weeks ago, but i've only got two boxes of ammo I was " LUCKY " enough to get my hands on.

I don't want to blow it all killing paper.

I can't find squat in Phoenix.
