    Fun!

Those suckers are loud as hell. What's the recoil like? And what's the mag capacity?

Edit...wait...does 'sub compact' mean smaller or larger than the compact? Smaller, right? lol

    Congrats on your new acquirement.

sub compact is smaller than the compact. if i remember correctly you can get a "compact" in a 4" or 5" barrel just the grip is shorter. 10 Round mag instead of i think 16 in the regular XD. Compact should just be the 3" barrel w/ 10 round short mag. could be wrong though

Congrats! I have been looking at those and think I will be adding one to my EDC rotation when I return home.

Great little gun. I carry one. The new ones come with one 16 and one 13 round mag.

Love the new toy! Currently carry XDm .40, but seriously considering a sub-compact for additional DC rotation.

Its an absolutely great carry piece, I have one with 1500 rounds through, no problems and it rides great in a crossbreed

I love my XD9sc. It used to be my BUG with G-23 as primary before I got a Ruger LCP.

Now I find myself using the XD9sc as primary and the LCP does BUG duty.

The G-23 pretty much stays as home defense gun with the tac light mounted or I keep it in my BOB.

Awesome gun. Had one for a while and love it. Never had any issues with it and it's easy to conceal.

The "compact" version is only available in .45acp, it comes in either a Service(4") or Tactical (5"), the grip is slightly longer than the Subcompact (3" barrel and only in 9mm or .40), I can get all my fingers on the Compact grip but with the Subcompact I need the pinky extension.
