They pulled that crap on me too, only they did it after I paid for my order. After waiting from March until the end of October last year for a box of HST, I had them send me the Speer Gold Dot.

I think they are lying and just do not sell it to those that are not LEO or with an agency.
I am consistently on record and will continue to be on record as opposing concealed carry.

Just cancelled the first order and tried to order Ranger 124 +P and was told they must have LEO ID.
Bottom line; the stuff you can order without ID is either out of stock or I don't want it (147 Hydra Shok or 147 Ranger)

While I have ordered from them in the past with success, I apologize for the inconvenience and will not recommend them again.

Hey; Not your fault. I appreciate your help.
Clearly, the way to order from them is by phone so as to clear any issues up front.
I'm sure they will sell in stock FMJ without problems.

    124g HST $25 per 50. In stock.

I don't know what he charges for shipping because I pick up local. I've found him very reliable - if it's on his site, he's got it in stock.

That's funny - I saw the active thread, but didn't look two posts above. Well, just in case he's still waiting for his order 2 years later, he's got another option!
