SD ammo in a Kel Tec PF9

Just wondering what everyone is using for SD ammo in their PF9.

I'm using 115gr Gold Dot right now....but thinking about a box of something else to try.

I was carrying Speer GD 124+P and Federal HST 124+P. Since KT says you can use +P on a limited basis I test fired these rounds for function and reliability and had no problems. I did have problems with 147gr in my gun so I stay with the lighter round.

I use Speer GD 124gr +P in all my 9's. Although I was very pleased that the PF9 has handled everything else that I've cycled through it.

    Thanks all.
I have some HST 124gr but not "+P".
Gonna pick up a box to try out along with the GD SB 124gr +P and PDX1 124gr +p.
Got a few extra milk jugs around here to try out the ammo on. (When it gets warmer!!!!)

If you elect to try any Rem Golden Saber or Corbon DPX, check fired cases for cratered/sheared primers. They have caused problems with clogged firing pin channels in some PF9s.

You know, for all of its shortcomings, I've never, ever seen a photo on the Internet of a Kel Tec PF 9 kaboom.

    Odd, no?

Other than the FRIST shot breaking the extractor, ( I replaced it ) it has run flawlessly for the last 1500 rounds. But I do keep it VERY clean.

    147-gr. Winchester Ranger T (RA9T) or Federal HST (P9HST2 / P9HST4)

Thanks for the heads up but I don't use Corbon ammo. Had a bad experience with their ammo and since then, won't use thier ammo.
