Having purchased from Ammoman on a number of occasions I can say that they deliver what they advertize and usually pretty fast. Shipping is included in the ammo price.

For plinking with .38s I usually use Georgia Arms 158g SWC. At $230 for 1000 rounds delivered, it makes it one of the cheapest plinker rounds for .38 I've found.
Granted, they are reloads and can be dirty, but heck, I'm just plinking with it, it's 158g and I clean my guns. But for $0.23 per shot I can make a few concessions.
