Interesting. I haven't had any problems of any kind. I've shot Georgia Arms FMJ and jacketed hollow points, Federal Hydra-shocks and others. XDs should bea able to reliably shoot pretty much anything. I'd just try some Speer, Federal, Remington. See what works.
Speer Gold Dot I load them in my XD-45 and have had no and I mean NO jams or malfunctions highly reccomend
Thanks guys Ill try some different ones soon!
I carry Federal HST, in either 165 gr. or 180 gr.; both shoot well out of my XDsc.
Which mag are you shooting it out of? I've found a difference in shooting SXT out of the compact mag (9rd) and the 12rd mag. But that was just a slight hesitation, not a jam. Might want to look into it..
Ditto to TX on what I carry.

Winchester SXT is premium ammo. The problem may well lie in your XD.
.
The jams were mostly out of the compact mag. Never had any jams shooting plain old Winchester fmj from walmart!
Yep, same here. The compact didn't want to feed them that great.

How new is the XD? How many rounds of have you fired total?

Bummer to hear that, but at lest you know what it doesn't like. I don't carry mine too often, but I keep it loaded with Win PDX1 and it loves it. Plus the local Walmart usually has it in stock.
After several years of working in law enforcement and shooting firearms, I am very confident in carrying Speer Gold Dot. As long as my gun feeds it well and I can get it in the caliber I need, that is what I use. It is a very effective man stopper, well proven, and has good reliability.
