    41 spl vs 357 mag

    Error: correct caliber is 44spl
    Of these 2 cailbers:
    44spl and 357 mag
Given equal guns and comparative ammo
Which would have less felt recoil?
    I'm guess'n 44spl

First off, a 41 spl is a wildcat proposition, and have to be made from41 mag brass. If we take the same weight gun for both, depending on loads used, the spl would have the easier recoil, or at least different type.
Ignorance is a long way from stupid, but left unchecked, can get there real fast.

Here's an interesting article on the .41 Special by John Taffin.

If you read carefully, the OP intended to ask about .44 special vs .357 mag. He just did a bad job of editing.

The .44 spl is going to have a gentler push compared to the .357's sharp jump.

Sorry for the botch-up on caliber and editing =s too early in the morning
This was basically about the "BullDog" CharterArms makes in 44spl versus comparable size revolver chambered in 357mag

I've shot both; the 44 is, as others said, more of a push rather than a quick snap like the 357.
